We would like you to join us in welcoming New Street Wine Manager and Head Sommelier Vincent Noe who joins us from a sister restaurant German Gymnasium in the bustling Kings Cross, where he worked as Head Sommelier since 2017. After arriving in London in 2007, Vincent worked in Farringdon’s, Bleeding Heart Restaurant for 10 years, starting as a barback before working up the ranks and learning all he could about wine and eventually becoming their Assistant Head Sommelier.
We spoke with Vincent to discuss his love of wine and wanted to share his thoughts with you.

Talking about all the wine I love!
Where is your favourite wine region?
I am French, I have grown in Provence. So I have always loved wine from Rhone Valley (Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf-du-Pape)
Do you have a favourite wine?
There are too many good wines to have a favourite one.
