As part of the Blossom City celebration running throughout the month of May we will be offering these spectacular floral wines.

-Koshu, Marufuji Winery ‘Rubaiyat’, Yamanashi, Japan 2012

Pale lemon-yellow colour. Fresh acidity, minerality, and a refreshing finish leads to a well balanced and charming wine.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank, and moderate contacted with yeast sediment after alcoholic fermentation, this wine enhances both scent and flavour.
A very food friendly wine, especially with sashimi, Japanese cuisine and other fish dishes.
