This is a late harvest wine from the world famous Hungarian wine region of Tokaji. Quince, peach and white flowers adorn the bouquet, while a delightful freshness of acidity makes this the perfect accompaniment to the tanginess of goat’s cheese.

Warre’s Otima 10-year-old Tawny Port

Full of hazelnuts, prunes, dried fruits and with a lingering aroma of red fruits, this relatively youthful tawny port is the ideal Christmas aperitif. If you happen to have some cured ham or toasted almonds to hand, then all the better.
