From a vineyard known as the little Montrachet, this is Blanc de Blanc  (Chardonnay only) champagne exactly as it ought to be. Brimming with vineous-ness this is a champagne to take your time over.

Cédric Bouchard Roses de Jeanne Blanc de Noirs NV

From Troyes, the land of andouillette and Pinot Noir, Cedric Bouchard is a biodynamic winemaker who coaxes extreme beauty out of his grapes. This is complex, rich, savoury and begging for some roast goose.

Larmandier-Bernier Vieille Vignes de Levant 2007

This comes from one of the acknowledged stars of the new Champagne firmament. A single-vineyard champagne that is both muscular and elegant with incredible length and complexity.
