Ribera del Duero is an exciting and innovative wine region in North West Spain producing elegant, cool-climate red wines with refreshing acidity.
Winemaking practices in Ribera del Duero date back to Roman times, and winemakers are constantly experimenting with new methods in viticulture and ageing to produce consistently excellent wines from the flavourful Tempranillo grape variety.
Saturday Kitchen’s Jane Parkinson, who has visited the region, will be guiding us through some of the best wines the region has to offer in her usual approachable, fun style.
Ribera del Duero is Spain’s favourite mealtime wine, so we will be pairing some of the wines with charcuterie and tapas from the New Street Wine shop kitchen to learn exactly why this region has also become a restaurant wine list staple across the UK!
Tickets are £30 per person, including the wine tasting and paired canapés. To find out more information, please email us.
